Louisiana deputies are looking for 4 prisoners who have escaped jail

Deputies in Louisiana are searching for four inmates who escaped from jail Sunday night, according to officials.
Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards stated that four prisoners were able to escape through the fencing of Tangipahoa Parish Jail during recreation time in the prison yard.
They are identified as Omarion Hookfin, 19, Avery Guidry, 19, Jamarcus Cyprian 20, and Travon Johnson 21.

Following an inspection of the fence around the fence was found to be a weak point and could easy to maneuver in a manner that a body could easily slip through the fence, according to according to the Sheriff’s Office declared.
Johnson, Hookfin and Guidry were in jail as part of the investigation with a homicide that occurred in 2022 located in Hammond, Louisiana, and Cyprian was incarcerated for armed robbery as well as weapon charges.
Hoofkin is also accused with battery aggravated during his time within Catahoula Parish. Catahoula Parish.
