SEN. CRUZ STATEMENT ON MURDER OF 12-YEAR-OLD JOCELYN NUNGARAY, ILLEGAL ALIEN SUSPECTS

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) demanded action after the death of 12-year old Jocelyn Nungaray of Houston, and the detention of two suspected suspects. Both are illegal immigrants who were admitted to through the U.S. through El Paso in the beginning of this year.

Sen. Cruz stated, “This is horrifying. If found guilty, both of these individuals should be given punishment for the execution of this heinous crime. They are illegal aliens as well. Jocelyn Nungaray would still be living along with her entire family were it not for Joe Biden’s open borders policies. This administration Biden administration is the direct cause. My heart is with Jocelyn’s family. We have to do what we can to bring justice to them. Joe Biden is out of excuses: He needs to restore Remain within Mexico and stop the catch-and-release program immediately or we’ll lose many innocent lives. There’s no time for second-guessing. We must examine what is working, and act now. .”
