Police release details after Khyree Jackson killed in car crash
Authorities have revealed details regarding the crash that claimed the life of Khyree Jackson, along with two others.

The police of Maryland have disclosed the details of a vehicle crash which killed one person and took the life of an ex- Oregon football player as well as Vikings rookie Khyree Jackson and other players.
The troopers from The Forestville Barrack responded to an accident involving three vehicles in the beginning of the evening, July 6 within Upper Marlboro, Md., according to the report..
The crash occurred at the intersection of Route 4/Pennsylvania Ave. and Presidential Parkway. the three cars involved in the crash were Silver Infiniti Q50, a silver Chevrolet Impala, and a maroon Dodge Charger.
The researchers believe alcohol might have been a contributing factor in the crash. However, the report did not specify the people who might have been driving while drinking.
Jackson and Isaiah Hazel were pronounced dead on the spot. Anthony Lytton, Jr. was transported to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center where the doctor declared his death by the medical staff attending.
Hazel is the one who drove the car. Hazel was driving the vehicle. Jackson was sitting in the front seat, with Lytton in back of the vehicle according to police.
“The preliminary investigation indicates the driver of the silver Infiniti, later identified as Cori Clingman, was traveling northbound on Route 4/Pennsylvania Avenue in Prince George’s County,” the report states.
The report continues to state: “Investigators believe Clingman attempted to change lanes while traveling at a high speed, when she hit with the Dodge Charger and then struck the Chevrolet Impala. The Charger then veered off the right side of the road and smashed into several trees where the vehicle sat. “
The crash did not cause harm between the vehicles.
Jackson was chosen by the Minnesota Vikings with the No. number 108 overall pick in the fourth in the twenty-fourth round of this year’s NFL Draft after spending last season on the Oregon football team. He was before a player in the last two seasons with Alabama.
Lytton was a member of Penn State and Florida State as collegian. Hazel played collegian in Maryland. 3 players were awarded two state championships within the State of Maryland in the schools of Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School (Md. ) and Wise, Jr. High School (Md. ).
In his final year with Oregon, Jackson had 34 stops and five tackles for loss. He also intercepted 3 passes. Jackson also had seven pass breakups as well as 2 sacks. The total number of interception Jackson had helped the Ducks being ranked fourth most intercepted player in the Pac-12.
Jackson was chosen to be a First-Team All-Pac-12 Player for his performances during the year. He was just 24 years old at the time.
