Cardi B seeks divorce from Offset and announces she’s expecting their third child.

A representative of Cardi B confirmed the news to The Associated Press, writing, “This is not based on any one particular incident, it has been a long time coming and is amicable.”

NEW YORK (AP) — Cardi B has filed divorce papers with her ex-husband, rapper Offset .

In Instagram, Cardi B did not express any opinion on the announcement of her divorce, however, she posted a picture of her standing on a roof and holding her stomach to show her baby bump.

“With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power,” she wrote in her text. “It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”

Cardi B as well as Offset the names of their births include Belcalis Almanzar as well as Kiari Cephus, respectively, have two children with them 6 years old daughter Kulture and a 2-year-old son Wave.
