Andrew Stephen: No. Let me explain. Harris did not commit to the debate in the event that Biden as well as Trump initially agreed, the debate was broadcast on September. 10. ABC. After Harris assumed the role of Biden, Trump pushed for an Fox News debate on Sept. 4. Harris did not want to participate and Fox will host one town hall with Trump.
