Kamala Harris fiercely defends Biden and her comrades are prepared to help her out if Biden chooses to quit.

While some Democrats have suggested names like Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom, Harris supporters say she is not to be ignored should Biden make a move back.

WASHINGTON -In the weeks since Joe Biden’s poor performance in the debate vice president Kamala Harris has been portrayed both in private and public as one of Biden’s most fierce defenders — as well as the one who has the most fervent support for him to succeed on the presidential ticket should he decide to leave.

NBC News spoke with seven sources who said that Harris is focused on building confidence in Biden and her dedicated allies have stated clearly that, should the time arise for her to assume the role of leader, she will be supported by a broad range of people all political parties. These allies that include a lot of Black Democrats, have vocally stated the possibility that attempts to remove her from the position from the helm this coming year would be met by a firm and uncompromising protest.

“I believe that she’s done very good,” said the Rev. Al Sharpton, who stated that, while continuing to support Biden as the frontrunner for his party Harris must not be ignored in the event of Biden has to quit. “She’s all the time been a great candidate. I believe she’s superior. I think Harris is superior to any other candidate in the air.

Sharpton who is a civil justice activist as well as MSNBC host, has stated the following “no question” that the motivation for anyone trying to denigrate Harris for being one of very few woman, Black person and person who is of South Asian descent to serve as vice president is “racist and racist and sexist.

“If anyone tried the idea and failed you should be aware that I’m standing on tracks to prevent the train from moving forward,” Sharpton said of any attempt to cause any person different than Harris as the top in the race. “When the voters were deciding to vote for Biden as the candidate they were deciding upon Biden as well as Harris. What is the best way to go about removing this ticket, and toss it away there is no reason to think you can. The reason is that ‘we’re in a position to do this because she’s female and in addition, due to the fact that she’s Black. It’s not the truth. Blacks and women must not believe that logic.

After the debate was over, Harris had already appeared on air, making an impressive argument in favor for Biden. Three sources who were aware of the interview claims that Harris didn’t receive any official talks from Biden’s campaign and only had a brief amount of time to write the speech.

Biden’s “snap”snap reaction has provided Democrats an outline of how they can defend Biden that has been repeated often since she said the following words on CNN: “I’m not going to stay up all night talking for 90 minutes when I’ve been watching you for the last three and an hour of your performances.

Democrats follow her lead after her scathing attack on President Donald Trump for pushing “lies” and caused “damage across the country” and stated that her determination to defeat Trump in the November election.

The impact of Harris the capacity she has to quickly respond to questions regarding Biden’s abilities and determination when attemptingfor an additional term in office has allowed her to dispel many of her criticisms hanging over her for quite a while and raised doubts about her performance during the administration and her ability to serve as a President. Biden’s Biden campaign has used interviews to use to show support for the president, and some Democrats have cited her performance as evidence that she’s not viewed as a possible presidential candidate in the event that Biden had to leave from the presidential race.

In the past, Harris, herself, has received calls from and phone calls from numerous party leaders, civil rights activists and party leaders as well as donors to offer them confidence in the path Biden will follow in the months ahead in the event of Biden as the presidential candidate and also to help unify the party, according to four people who spoke directly with Harris over the past few days. On these conversations, Harris repeatedly stated that she is committed to Biden and also stated that Biden has gone through many changes throughout his career and that includes when his fate in the 2020 presidential race was uncertain.

A person who knows Harris’s philosophy has stated that the message is “We are prepared to fight this battle. We need to remain optimistic. Get your head down. Let’s finish it because there is plenty of work to complete.

Previous Wednesday Biden and Harris were on an all staff conference call to their campaign personnel and sent similar messages.

“We will not give up,” Harris said. “We will follow the example that our President has taken. Our fight is on, and we will prevail. … Joe Biden has devoted his entire existence to serving the rights of the people of America. In this moment, I’m sure everyone is ready to stand up for Joe Biden.

Leah D. Daughtry Leah D. Daughtry, an Democratic political strategist with close ties the Harris and the Harris office also echoed the sentiment and said Democrats should focus on bringing down Trump.

“President Biden had a bad night,” Daughtry said. “I find it hard to not acknowledge the enormity of his accomplishments over the last three and a quarter years, and what he’s actually accomplished during his presidency is shocking and unforgiving in my view.

Within Harris her office, Harris and her staff have repeatedly declared that employees must stay focused on protecting Biden as the top of the group and not engage in talks about his replacement According to sources who have anonymity, who are able to speak freely about the discussions.

Donna Brazile, a veteran Democratic political strategist, who was the former chair of Democratic National Committee she said the idea of the possibility of taking over Biden as a candidate is “an attack on the democratic process” as well as “utter absurd.

“How do we prove that we’re the only party that will safeguard and promote democratic institutions, only to change the decisions of the American citizens?” Brazile stated. “That’s why that nobody in our delegation to the party is involved in this discussion.

Two sources also stated that Harris was not originally part of the White House’s July 4th celebration with Biden but the event was reintroduced to further reinforce Biden’s “unity” message in the face of increasing pressure from outside for Biden to quit his position in the White House increases.

But even with Harris providing a united front, number of people (including prominent Democratic donors ) as and Democratic lawmakers ) have asked if Harris might be the Democratic candidate for president if Biden be forced to step down. Govs. Gavin Newsom of California, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, J.B. Pritzker of Illinois and Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan have been touted as potential candidates to succeed Biden.

Certain congress Democrats have stated that Harris is on top of the list and could be more frightening when compared to a less popular Biden because polls in the last few years have shown Harris to be not as popular Biden has been.

A Democratic congressional aide has told me that many Democrats with tight contests are worried about the possible “chaos” that could occur should Harris were to become the candidate for president. There are “definitely plenty of people who have been pressured to Biden because of their worries about other candidates not performing as well, starting with Biden,” the aide explained.

A Democratic strategist engaged in House races informed me that the candidate from the party has been performing better than Biden for months and has a tendency to support him instead of Harris at the top of the list. However, following the debate, there were an overhaul.

“I’ve never had more individuals say”Fthe the hell! Kamala is better than Kamala”” the strategist said.

The doubts about Harris her potential to serve as the frontrunner for the party have been met with a lot of anger by many people within the party, and even a large portion of Black Democrats.

Harris supporters say that she’s successfully contested state-wide offices both in her capacity as attorney general of California and as a Senator representing California. They also claim that she has made her name in the course ofthe the past 2 months when she was HTML1as the president’s loudest advocate for the right to abortion and is an important concern for people who vote, and on economic issues and health care, on which she has vowed to choose Black, Latino and other people of different ethnicities.

Brazile who was insistent that the party did not plan to succeed Biden she said that in the event that Biden decides to quit, she together with other Black women of the party will not allow Harris to be disregarded.

“If someone wishes to look beyond or even glance beyond his vice-president in the United States and find someone other than him regardless of whether it was a real-life scenario or debate, the person must traverse through one member in our community,” Brazile said. “Black women make up the majority for this particular category. The contributions we have made to the Democratic Party been the basis. We will remain an integral part of the friends in the Democratic Party. We’re not playing a gender or ethnic card. It’s a leader game. This Vice-President Harris is an integral part of the leadership of the Democratic Party.

As of now, Rep. James Clyburn, D-S.C., a Biden-Harris campaign aide who played a an important role the process of aiding Biden to win nominations and sign his endorsement in the South Carolina primary in 2020 said to MSNBC that he would “support” Harris if Biden “were to quit.

“This event is not any way to hurt Harris’s position. Harris,” Clyburn declared. “We should do everything we can to help her regardless of whether she’s second or up in the rankings.

There’s also the issue of money and who’s authorized gain access to it. Biden campaigns’ account. The account was reported to have $91.2 million as of June 31. In an interview on Sunday in a heated phone conversation between campaign staff and supporters, Julie Chavez Rodriguez who is serves as Biden’s Biden head of campaign said that if Biden decides to leave, Harris would then control the majority of the funds that are in the campaign’s account. Additionally, Harris supporters have begun to think about how her campaign would look like when Biden decide to pull out of the race.

The CNN poll that was released the previous day found that Harris is more successful than Biden in the possibility of playing Trump. According to the poll, the majority of registered voters are in favor of Trump and 45 percent favor Harris However, the results could be deemed as being within margin that is within errors. In the past, Harris’ approval ratings are usually less than Biden’s. The latter has also been low.

However, a large number of those who surround Harris assert that she’s determined to convince the public and other stakeholders that the issue hasn’t changed the race, and also on proving her conviction that the president Trump whom she interacts regularly is in charge of his responsibilities, as and on gaining the biden-harris alliance which needs to be bolstered as well with the main party donors as well as on pushing the case against Trump’s election. Trump.

Her message gave was said to be like the one Harris declared the next day after the debate at a Los Angeles campaign event.

“Four facts are proven prior to the debate and even after the debate, the stakes are higher than they’ve ever been before” Harris said to applause. “This person, Donald Trump, is an insult against our system of democracy. There are many right issues to pick from within the context of the issues we are fighting for. What’s the fourth point that’s at the moments before and following this debate? Trump remains a lying deceiver.
