One of those crucial endorsements is the governor of Minnesota.

“Anybody can run,” Walz declared when asked about a nomination. “This Wednesday, we’ll decide the rules. There will be three days following that on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week. Anyone who is interested can receive 300 delegate. If you have 300 delegates your name will be included in the nomination. “
Walz states that at this time, nominating candidates will have three days to make their case to the delegate. In August. 1st, voting starts and the person who wins the most votes and who is able to cross the threshold will be chosen as the candidate for the party.
Based on Walz there’s no one in Harris is yet ready to put their hat into the arena.
“Everyone is welcome,” he declared.
Walz is one of the men who just one Minnesota Democrat has suggested as a potential vice-presidential contender. The question was if he has thought of running for this post.
“I do not know that,” said the vice president. “I talked with the vice president on Sunday, a few minutes after the announcement made by the president Biden and she stated that she’s looking to earn the approval. “
Walz is one of the other Democrats that are being viewed as possible candidates for governor, including Governor. Josh Shapiro from the swing state of Pennslyvania as well as governor. Andy Beshear of Kentucky which has been considered to be a Republican state in the presidential election.
What about the governor, who has two-terms elected and has enjoyed the state’s victory by moving in the direction of progressive change in the state legislature along with Democrats who control the State legislative bodies really want to be Vice President?
“I don’t think you turn down a job that you haven’t been offered, but I have the best job in the world in being the governor of Minnesota,” Walz declared.
He believes that Harris’ record breaking fundraising feat on Monday was evidence of the petty voters and donors’ enthusiasm for the probable Democratic campaign.
Walz addressed journalists on Tuesday during an event to announce the award of $200 million from the Environmental Protection Agency to help reduce the carbon footprint of the state’s food sector. When reporters inquired about whether he’s been contemplating a possible vice-presidential nomination, he reiterated that he’d had a conversation with Harris and assured her that the agency that he would “be there to do anything [he] can do to help,” however, he did not offer any further details.
“I’m not going to talk about the specifics that were in on that, and at this point in time we’re just going to leave it at that,” the official said.
When a reporter pointed out that his name was considered as a possible candidate Walz chuckled and said “I’ve seen it on the internet and it’s quite bizarre! “
He claimed that Harris was a “great candidate,” and added that he feels a “burst of energy” in the race.
“There’s lots of excitement. I think it’s been a change in the last few days since Donald Trump was tweeting at me earlier this morning. This could indicate that we’ve altered how people speak in America. “
Trump was mentioned by Walz on the Truth Social account on Tuesday and also criticised Fox News for having Walz on one of their shows.
Walz has appeared appearing on national cable news this year as a spokesman for the once-in-a lifetime Biden candidate and later for the Harris. Harris campaign.
