TAMPA, Fla. -Tampa, Florida – Country singer Morgan Wallen’s performance scheduled for Friday evening in Tampa was moved to October. 4. Wallen admitting illness as the cause.
in a blog entry in a blog post about X, Wallen said he “powered through being sick” to perform in the show on Thursday night at Raymond James Stadium.
Alongside the delay in the 2nd Tampa concert, Wallen’s concerts set for the week that followed the one in Charlotte were also postponed until October to allow him to recover.
In addition, Jelly Roll, who was also one of the performers scheduled to perform, announced on his Instagram that he’ll be performing on Friday on The Dallas Bull near U.S. 302. The show is open to any ticket holder and it’s first-come-first-served until the venue is full.
