The message reads “Sen. Menendez A message to you from the Pres. Biden about how to conduct yourself! hope you’ve acknowledged receipt. 

In his blog article, Weinberg referred the fact that President Joe Biden withdrew his campaign to win re-election after months of speculation about what next steps he’d receive from his party’s top officials.
